Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms apply to the services provided by Go Designful LTD (“Go Designful”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC BG207698606), and to your use of this website. If a signed proposal or agreement says something different from these terms, the proposal or agreement wins.
1. What we do
We provide brand, website, conversion, SEO, content and presentation work for businesses. Work is delivered either as a defined project or as an ongoing monthly partnership. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your work are set out in a written proposal before anything starts.
2. Proposals and starting work
- Each engagement starts with a written proposal. It becomes binding once you accept it in writing (email is fine) and the first invoice is paid.
- A proposal is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent, unless it says otherwise.
- Anything not listed in the proposal is outside the scope. If you want to add something, we will tell you the cost and timing in writing before doing it.
3. Projects
- Projects are delivered in phases (for example: discover, design, build), each with deliverables you review and approve before the next phase begins.
- Payment follows the schedule in the proposal, usually a deposit before work starts and the rest at agreed milestones. The final payment is due before launch or handover.
- Timelines assume prompt feedback and content from your side. If feedback, content or access arrives late, the timeline moves by at least the same amount.
- If a project is paused by you for more than 30 days, we may invoice the work completed so far and agree a new start date when you are ready.
4. Partnerships
- Partnerships cover an agreed monthly scope of work and are billed monthly in advance.
- Either side can end a partnership with 60 days’ written notice. Work already paid for in the notice period will be completed.
- Unused scope does not carry over to the next month, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Payment
- Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless the invoice states otherwise. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT where applicable.
- If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it is paid. Deliverables, source files and access transfers are released once all invoices for that work are paid.
- Deposits cover time reserved and work started for your project, so they are non-refundable once work has begun.
6. Feedback and revisions
Each phase includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback from your side. Changes that go beyond the agreed scope, or a change of direction after approval, are quoted separately before we do them.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, brand assets, access and feedback on time, and name one person who can approve work.
- Make sure the materials you give us (logos, images, copy, data) are yours to use and do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Check final copy, prices, legal and medical or financial claims on your website before it goes live. You are responsible for what your business publishes.
8. Ownership and portfolio
- Once all invoices for the work are paid, you own the final deliverables we created specifically for you.
- Tools, code components, templates and know-how we used before or alongside your project remain ours. You receive a permanent licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
- Third-party items such as fonts, stock images, plugins or software are licensed under their own terms. Where a paid licence is needed, it is bought in your name or charged to you.
- We may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us not to in writing. We never share confidential details.
9. Hosting, domains and third-party services
We recommend that domains, hosting and paid tools are registered in your name. If we set something up on our own account to get you started, it remains available for transfer to you at any time. Third-party services (hosting, domains, email, booking or payment tools) are provided by those companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
10. After launch
For 30 days after a website launch we fix bugs in the work we delivered at no extra cost. After that, fixes, updates and new work are covered by a partnership or quoted separately. Problems caused by changes made by others, or by third-party services, are not included.
11. Use of AI tools
We use AI tools to speed up research, writing and production. Every deliverable is reviewed and approved by a person before it reaches you. We do not put your confidential information into tools that use it to train their models.
12. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, strategy and project details confidential and only share them with people or tools that need them to do the work, under the same confidentiality. This does not apply to information that is already public or that we are legally required to disclose.
13. Data protection
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If our work involves processing personal data on your behalf, for example website form submissions, we can sign a data processing agreement on request.
14. Liability
We do our work with professional care, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as rankings, traffic or sales. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Ending a project early
Either side can end a project in writing if the other side seriously breaches these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of being asked. If a project ends early for any reason, you pay for the work completed up to that date, and we hand over everything that has been paid for.
16. Events outside our control
Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as major outages, illness or natural events. We will tell you as soon as possible and agree a new timeline.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Burgas, Bulgaria, unless the law says otherwise.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when you accepted your proposal. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
